Sure, u love her. But can u spend significant periods of time together in either tight or simply unknown places? Can u stand each other when you're at your worst?

The problem with most marriages is that they happen too soon. it's not the individuals havent known or dated each other for long enough, it's that they dont know each other well enough.

Unless you've traveled with someone, u only know half of that person - the half that exists in a place that she knows very well and is comfortable in.

Not until u travel with a person for a significant amount of time do u get to see a glimpse of that other half, the more selfish and uncomfortable half. Before u get married, take a pre-wedding honeymoon for a month or two.

1. Travelling often brings out the best in people and the worst.

Im not sure whether it's because we find ourselves a bit off guard, if our egos take over and we choose to focus more on ourselves and less on our partner, or if we simply get overly excited with all the novelty, but all the extra sensitivity that travelling allows for can both be a gift and a burden.

Things that seemed less of a problem back home, problems that u maybe thought were resolved can pop back up and get blown entirely out of proportion. at the same time, however, travelling with the person we love can remind us how mush we love her.

If u have issues within your relationship, then travelling may very well force u to face them. if u are planning on marrying her, then it's better to start with a clean state.

2.  If u are going to marry her, then u should be comfortable leaving your comfort zone with her.

Sure, she's probably a bit uncomfortable. Yes, u are also uncomfortable. Even if u can afford to travel luxuriously, u are still stepping outside of your comfort zones. U know fewer people. U are not quite as familiar with the food or the culture. U are going to have to think and act differently than either of u normally would.

This is what makes life so wonderful, getting chances to widen that comfort zone. This is what spending your life with another person is for; if u cant do it together now, then u wont be capable of doing it together later.

3. Travelling allows u to get to know each other much better.

U may be thinking that u already know your partner as well as u ever could. If thats the case, then I have to warn u that your marriage isnt likely to last. Not because she has no more of herself to introduce u, but because u already find her boring and arent bothering to explore her.

Travelling allows for partners to remove themselves from their regular routines and focus on just each other. If u travel for a month or two and come back happeir that before, then at least u know u can handle the good times together, not all couples can even do that much.

4. U learn exactly how she reacts under pressure

When she realizes she forgot to pack enough socks, when she loses her makeup bag, when the flight get delayed four hours and u are stuck together on a plane with no AC, lets see how she manages. Some girls keep calm and cool and manage to deal with the discomfort.

Others, on the other hand, will complain until your ears bleed. As if nagging and whining will change the rality of the situation. Now, imagine how thins will be once u are married.

5. Travelling shows u how independent she can be.

Travelling is the best way to figure out if she's her own person. Some guys seem to like needy, co-dependent girls who cant fend for themselves. And some girls seem to love being that type.

Im going to assume that most of u guys arent insane and would prefer a woman who is capable and strong and can take care of you sometimes too.

If you love your girl, that u may already have a good understanding of her strength. Nevertheless, could u think of anything sexier than your woman leading u around unknown cities, forest and jungles? If u plan on leading a very active lifestyle, then u are going to need a partner who can keep up.

Of course, ladies the same goes for any potential marriage for you. Dont marry him until u have traveled with him either!

** Even one of the most famous scholar in Islam said, "you would not know someone until u eat, sleep together with (travel)" This is for guys who are going to marry someone but with the limit okay.. Im not asking u to sleep with her but just to eat and spend time with her only...That it...
**Also for women too.. as a guide...
